After your order has been received and processed we will ship within 2 business days. Once dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with your shipping details and tracking information. For our customers in Canada and Mexico International shipping is chargeable and will be calculated at the checkout page based on the weight and size of the package as well as the shipping location. There may be additional import duty and tax implications for orders being shipped to both Canada and Mexico.

We ship to most countries on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means product prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties. What is your return policy?

We accept returns of unworn, unused and undamaged merchandise purchased from our online store for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of the shipping date. Please note that original tags and packaging must be intact in order to receive a full refund. Refunds will be made to the original form of payment. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Once I return my product, how long will it take for me to get my money back?

How do I exchange a defective product?

We take pride in the care we take in our design and quality control process. We have a three step quality control process. Our products are made from natural fibres at upskilling centers in a sustainable and ethical way. Please keep in mind that certain product textures may appear as defects however they are inherent characteristics of natural fibres, In the off-chance that you still receive a defective product please email and someone from our team will be happy to assist you.
