Returns and Exchanges

Our products are created with utmost care and attention, keeping the environment in mind. We have strict quality control measures in place to avoid product defects. We encourage you to shop consciously to minimise our carbon footprint.

We currently offer returns or exchanges to our customers in India and the US only. We currently do not offer returns or exchanges for any international customers outside of the US.

Will I get a refund for products that are returned?

Can I exchange my order?

To request an exchange for your order, the product must be unused and the original tags and packaging must be intact.

Can I exchange my order for a different size?

How do I exchange a defective product?

We take pride in the care we take in our design and quality control process. We have a three step quality control process. Our products are made from natural fibres at upskilling centers in a sustainable and ethical way. Certain product texture effects and inherent characteristics of natural fibres may appear as defects. However, in case you receive a defective product please call our customer care number +91 8591013814 or email shop@reistor.com within 24 hours of receiving your order and someone from our team will be happy to assist you.

How do I request an exchange?

To process your request, please have your order number, delivery address and the reason for exchange on hand. Once your request has been processed, a reverse pick-up will be scheduled within 7 days.
