For customers from Canada and Mexico the return and shipping will incur charges as applicable by the shipping partners. We operate on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis for most countries, which means that the displayed product prices exclude any import or export duties. As the recipient, you are responsible for any return, duties, customs, and local sales taxes imposed by the country of delivery.
How long does it take to receive a refund after I return a product?
