Shipping FAQ's
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number. You will be able to view and track the status of your order by signing in to your account on our website.
How can I edit my shipping address?
To make changes to your shipping address, please email at hello@reistor.com. Please note we are unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched. We will try to accommodate your request if your order hasn’t already been handed over to our logistics partner.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. For customers outside of the United States, Canada, and Mexico please visit our International website. For our customers in Canada and Mexico International shipping is chargeable and will be calculated at the checkout page based on the weight and size of the package as well as the shipping location. There may be additional import duty and tax implications for orders being shipped to both Canada and Mexico.
For Customers outside of the United States :
We ship to most countries on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means product prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are in, payment of these at the time of delivery is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
