NOTICE- BEWARE OF FRAUD
ReistorLife LLP, a partnership firm (“Reistor/We”), registered under the laws of India having its registered office at Gala No.47, Marol Coop Industrial Estate, Mathuradas Vasanji Road, Andheri, East Mumbai- 400059, India, and its group companies are the registered proprietor and authorised users of the trademark “Reistor”. The said mark has been in use since 2020 in relation to our premium clothing brand and exclusive online sales of the clothing and apparel which are developed through eco-friendly materials with a view to encourage sustainable fashion while reducing environmental impact.
Being the registered proprietor and the authorised user of the brand “Reistor”, we have the exclusive common law rights as well as statutory rights in India as well as the United States over the brand name in relation to the goods and services as mentioned above.
It has come to our organisation’s notice that, certain unscrupulous business owners or individuals are operating apparently scam website(s) that are confusingly or phonetically similar to our brand “Reistor” and have been indulging in fraudulently luring consumers to place orders through such deceptively and confusingly similar website and have also elicited fraudulent payments from such customers for their orders placed through the said website. Such third parties have wantonly chosen the confusingly and phonetically similar domain name for their website to confuse the customers with Reistor’s domain name and website- www.reistor.com and thereby fraudulently posing themselves as being connected to our organisation (Reistor). They have, under the pretext of selling goods including apparels, collected payments and charging on the consumers’ cards but obviously do not deliver any goods. This clearly tantamount to running a scam website that is being used as a front to lure customers and defraud them of their monies.
Reistor hereby wishes to inform all that it is not connected and further hereby disclaims any association or connection with such scam website operators and cannot be held legally liable for fraudulent acts of such third parties.
CUSTOMERS, GENERAL PUBLIC AND PROSPECTIVE CUSTOMERS ARE HEREBY CAUTIONED:

To exercise caution against fraudsters who may use fake or confusingly similar email IDs, websites, fake profiles on Social media (Whatsapp, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.) domains and websites etc. by impersonating themselves to be selling goods under name that is confusingly or phonetically similar to our brand name “Reistor” and claim to be offering promotional offers, collect customer account details and charge the credit card of such customers who fall victim to such scam.

Reistor sells ONLY CLOTHING through its official website reistor.com and DOES NOT sell any other goods;

Reistor or any of its representatives would NOT ask for any One Time Password (OTP) or PIN to process any transaction. You are obliged NOT to share OTP/PIN with any person or authorizing payment requests in wallets, received from unknown sources, as the same may lead to a fraud, through which, money may be debited from your Bank account and credited to any fraudster’s or scamster’s account.

All business communications of Reistor will be addressed only through its official email ID- “hello@reistor.com” and Reistor does NOT use any other domain name such as Gmail/Yahoo/Rediff/Ymail, etc., for its e-mail addresses.

To exercise caution against fraudsters operating fake website/domain that is confusingly or phonetically similar to our official website.
